Many people easily dismiss the Bible as an old archaic book, but they really can not mention another book, that has overcome and survived the centuries since it was brought together from a series of books, 66 in fact, written by various authors under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

Many people would also dismiss that concept, but the same people have perhaps never really read The Bible the way is is meant, under the inspiration of The Holy Spirit.

Luke 11 verse 13: {NKJV} “How much more will your heavenly Father give The Holy Spirit to those who ask Him”.

1 Corinthians 2 verse 13: {NKJV} “These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which The Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things

If we are to look at just a few examples of the wonderful influence and inspiration we get from reading the Bible. We should look at the Book of Micah from the Old Testament. In there it speaks of social justice. It speaks of justice and what we as believers should do and display, to a lost and dying world.

Micah 6 verse 18:To act justly, To love mercy and to walk humbly with Our Lord and Our Friend.

Another example reference to look at fro influence and inspiration is Hosea. Hosea condemns unjust and social economic practices. Hosea 4 verse 2. Hosea speaks against idolatry, practiced by the people, which is still practiced today in upholding of an actor, a sports person or even a politician.God is the Alpha and Omega, the only one worthy of our worship.

This is only two wonderful examples, from two of the books that make up The Old Testament, the first part of The Bible, which is read by few, and even practicing Christians

The Bible also expresses that we human being are sinners and that looks like bad news. But 1 john 1 verses 5 to 10: expresses Only one thing is required of us, a sincere honesty, and a deep intention to search for healing truth of God, and share it with our world around us.

Let look at one more for influence and inspiration as an  examples, lets end this message with the inspirational words of Our Lord and Our Friend {Christ Jesus}; The Gospel of John 13 verses 34 and 35:

V34: “I give you a new commandment: love one another, Just as I have loved you, you must also love one another”.

V35: ” By this all people will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another”.

The bible despite, what many people would think, is the most inspiring and value for learning book ever seen.

The Bible has been described as The Manufactures Handbook for life, but few people find the inspiration and the source of life they can draw and use to live from it.
