How do we do anything for The Lord. We need to be God centered.

Mathew 6 verse 34: Message Bible:

“Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and Don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes”

We seem to get caught up in ‘the moment’ and not in the calling, which is our eternal destiny.

The world is full of people who have ‘Self’ as the center of their universe, and are easily knock off their axis. God centered people the axis never moves.

We need to be people who display, the attributes of Our Lord and Our Friend. The world is searching for something that will give them ‘Hope’.

In The Great Commission which we read in Mathew 28 verse 19 and 20 we are instructed to take that ‘Hope’ we have to the neighborhoods and the world around us.

Mathew 19 & 20: Message Bible: “Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life {God Centered}, marking them by baptism in the name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I’ll be with you as you do this, day after day, right up to the end of the age”.

We need to be ‘God Centered’ because The Great Commission requires a mentoring concept as well . A mentor primary interest is not what they can gain from the relationship, but what they can give to it. Self-centeredness,, has need to make way for God-centeredness, if we are to teach them the ways of Our Lord and Our Friend.

Faith In Action, is a wonderful privilege, but it is nothing about us, our faith is all about Him.

Take the time today to anchor more deeply, your Faith, your Hope, your Plans your Purpose and your Destiny, in a life that has made our Lord and Our Friend the center of all we do.
