Faith In Action ‘In View Of God’s Mercy’

God is merciful in, “ That while we were still sinners Christ died for us”. Romans 5 verse 8.

The Book of Romans is a wonderful book, to get a lot of nourishment and understanding from. Romans 12 verse 1:

“Therefore, brothers {and sisters], by the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your spiritual worship”.

“In view of God’s mercy” Motives for Christian living and our faith in action. When we understand the great mercy that has been extended to us, through Salvation. Our relationships are transformed, we understand we are precious in the sight of God.

By this our relationships are transformed, with ourselves, with other believers, with our neighbors, with those who govern us, and our romantic  love life This transformation process bring challenge, in relating to ourselves, to be humble rather than proud. In our relationship with others believers, looking to help them as they can help us, learning to be interdependent and not independent.

Our Lord and Our Friend created us for fellowship first with Him, and then with those around us. Our relationship with the world is to be loving and not vengeful. Our relationship in seeking a partner is one of commitment and not just seeking fleeting moments of pleasure.

Mercy God’s wonderful Grace available to any ‘Whosoever’ John 3 Verse 16; The answer to transform our lives, ‘in view of God’s mercy’,  is what we first received is always and only motive for how we respond.

Let become more transformed, as we soak in God’s wonderful Grace and Mercy, that come at at price to our Lord and Our Friend.
