Faith In Action ‘Through Freedom and Fruit’

holding

Personal freedom is not about getting our own way, personal freedom is getting God’s way in our lives.

Our lifestyle is to be one that honors, Our Lord, Our Redeemer and Our Friend.

Galatians 5 verse 22; Tells us about the fruits of The Spirit; Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faith. Gentleness, Self-control.

Love knows no bounds, Love that is so wide, it can traverse all obstacles, because it is never anything other than grateful to God.

Joy, is not merely humor or a sense of fun alone, the Joy of The Lord is our strength, it is a Joy the Holy Spirit births in our hearts,

Peace, not as the world gives, a Peace that flows from the throne of Grace, which we can approach boldly in time of need. It can’t be taught, we need to allow ourselves to be consumed by it.

Patience, God patience took Him to the cross, knowing at anytime, He could have said enough is enough. Freedom in Christ allows us to endure.

Kindness, Our Lord and Our Friend, gave us a new Law to love others as ourselves. Kindness demonstrates what we need in our own lives, should be extended to all we meet.

Goodness, we are not good in our own eyes, but we are en-clothed in all He is. Out of His goodness, we will touch many lives.

Faith, many people have faith in so many different things, Faith to us is a substance, a substance that should envelope our life, with hope that all things are possible to us.

Gentleness, comes through humility, humility is called ‘bridal strength’. Knowing who we are in Christ, not assuming anything but knowing, the effect prayer of a righteous person avails much.

Self-control, We are called to freedom in Christ, but only using our freedom to bring Glory, to Our Lord Our Redeemer and Our Friend.

Personal freedom is not getting our own way, it is using our freedom, through the fruits, that  the Holy Spirit brings to our life, so others will know the Great Love, their creator God has for them.

God Bless.
