Acts of Charity and Worship.’

Religion says we have to do it, and there is a have to do mentality.

Christianity is a relationship, with our Loving God, in our expression of our love for Him, we should find it a joy to do.

1 John 3 verse 1:”Look at how great a love the Father has given us, that we should be called God’s children. and we are! The reason the world does not know us is that they didn’t know Him”.

In some translations it says: “Behold, what manner of love The Father has bestowed on us…”

Behold take notice, reflect in it, the great love The Father has for us. This is what set our faith apart, we are in God’s family now, through acceptance of what Christ Jesus, achieved on the cross fro us.

This verse is designed to catch our attention, with words like ‘look’ and ‘behold’ at the manner of love The Father has for us. The reference to The Father love, a love that created the world and a love that has now redeemed the world in Christ Jesus.

The Father has poured His affection out upon us, and the evidence is that  the ‘Whosoevers’ who have accepted His Only begotten Son, Christ Jesus, have now become the children of God.

Remember the ‘Whosoevers’ in John 3 verse 16; who believe in Him, have now become sons and daughters by adoption.

How wonderful it is that the Love God bestowed/ lavished on us, has little to contrast it, with any love the world can offer us.,

No wonder the world can not understand it, because they didn’t recognize The Son, Christ Jesus either.

Love bestowed, Love to bask in, Love to live in, Love to respond to, Behold what love The Father has lavished on us. There is no contrast in the world to this awesome Love,

Remembering it is open to all {‘Whosoever’} that will accept it, and live under the Awesome love, God wants to bestow/lavish on His children.

God Bless.
