“Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but filled desire is a tree of life.” Proverbs 13 verse 12:

By nature {fallen nature], people tend to follow desires that are against the will of God. Ephesians 2 verse 1 to 3:

The world and it doctrine have no hope, because it’s general concept is once you are dead you are dead. That concept can’t explain life or meaning of life, or hope in life and under that concept all our achieving in life is in vain.

The message Bible, refers to hope deferred,as unrelenting disappointment. Achieving for the good of others, has meaning and purpose, but still under the world concept you take to the grave.

Desire we were created for, is the tree of life. We were created for relationship with A Loving God. We were created with purpose and destiny. We were created with the desire to please Our Loving God.

When we become Kingdom of God people, through repentance to, and acceptance of Christ Jesus, our desires start to be transformed, into pleasing God and not ourselves.

Transformed into the people we were created to be, living in relationship with a Loving Creator.

A tree of life that is referred to here, not The Tree of Life, {Genesis 2 verse 9, Revelation 2 verse 7}, it is a tree of life, that bears the fruit of our new Kingdom. The Fruits of the Spirit Galatians 5 verse 22.

Proverbs 11 verse 30: “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life,”

Our desire to be loved is fulfilled, in Christ Jesus. Our Faith in and Our Desire to please Our Lord Our Redeemer and Our Friend, will be credited to us as righteousness, just as Abraham’s was, {James 2 verse 23}.

Righteousness is virtually ‘Right Standing With God’ which was achieved for us, by Christ Jesus on the cross. So let all our desires, be full of the fruits of The Spirit, as a tree of life, in a world of darkness.

God Bless.
