Living And Growing

growing 01

All Our lives are a personal journey, with or without the Lord, and with The Lord we have an eternal destiny with purpose.

There is a challenge to us all. Is our personal walk with the Lord up to date. If we are not spending time with Him everyday, whatever we are spending time with has become more important to us.

Before we know it, we will not have the strength to resist temptation. Sin {wrong-doings} will keep us from The word or  The word will help keep us from sin {wrong-doings}

Psalm 119 verse 11: David learn t the importance of The Word of God:

“I have treasured You word in my heart so that I may not sin against You”.

A daily walk requires daily exercise, exercising our hearts and minds afresh, each day, in His Word in our commitment and in our walk with Our Lord and Our Friend, which is the least we can do for Him.

Romans 8 verses 14 to 16: Tells us:

“Those who are led by the Spirit of God are {children} of God. For you did not recieve a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear. but you received the Spirit of adoption. And by Him we cry, Abba Father’. The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.”

2 Corinthians 12 verse 9: States:

“My Grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness”.

Gods’ Grace which gives us liberally , to grow in, Freedom, Power, Intimacy, Expectancy, Honesty. It is The Holy Spirit, at work in all of us followers of Jesus, who enables the growth of these highly prized qualities. Yet we are not devoid of responsibility. Supremely, the Question we need to ask ourselves is not; ‘How much of The Spirit do we have?’, but rather, the Question is, ‘How much of us does The Spirit have?’ Have we given Him full rein to work in our lives.

He said He would never leave us or forsake us, so we are never alone along our journey through life, which should be one of expectancy in Him and Growth in Him, so that the ‘World may know’, that He truly lives, in all His followers.

God Bless.
