Repenatnce Changes Lives

We often talk about becoming a Christian through repentance, then acceptance of Christ Jesus, Our Lord and Our Friend.

Repentance is truly saying sorry, for all the things we have done, that God didn’t want us to do. We might say at this point in time, God must be some kind of party pooper. but He created us and everything known thing, God must know what is best for His creations to do.

We were created for relationship with Him, and in a way He calls the shots. If He knows something no good for us, despite what we think, it is no good for us.

There are three necessities for repentance.

!. Because we are all sinners.

A Holy God could not and never can. or will. admit anything that is unholy into His presence. There must be a change in our hearts and lives before He can come to dwell with us. No one with unrepented sin can stand in the presence of God. There is a great divide between the Holy nature of God, and the unholy nature of the carnal and unrepented person.

2. Because there can be no communication between God and an unprentant sinner.

What communication can there be between a Holy God, and a creation full of sin, {wrong doings} against Him. We all need to change if we are to live in eternity with Our Lord and Our Friend. He must be Our Lord Our Redeemer and Our Friend on earth, and we must be His followers and His people, or we will never dwell together in eternity.

3. Because a sinner cannot be admitted into the place, where God dwells Heaven.

Repentance from what God calls wrong doings {and He can} must be done before anyone {no exception} can enter the Glorious place, which are prepared for all who Love The Lord Jesus Christ {Our Lord and Our Friend} in sincerity and truth.

2 Peter 3 verse 9: “The Lord does not delay His promise, as some understand delay; but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish, but all to come to repentance.

Be Thankful to God for His great mercies towards us. Lets all keep short accounts, so our relationship with Him will never be tarnished,

God Bless.
