More Than Just A Book

book

Job 23 verse 10 and 11;

V 10: “He knows the way I take; when He has tested me, I will come forth as gold”.

V 11: “My feet have closely followed His steps; I have kept to His way without turning aside”.

Such a wonderful testimony by Job, something that most of us would be proud of to say, We have kept to His Way without turning aside.

The Inspiration for that sort of life coming from knowing The Word of God.

We can find that inspiration in what some call just a book, but the Bible is not just a book, it inspires us, with it’s inexhaustible richness and it changes us through the life changing Power of The Spirit. The Bible is virtually a living book, that is empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Hebrews 4 verse 12: “For The Word of God is living and effective and sharper than any two-edge sword, penetrating as far as to divide soul, spirit, joints, and marrow, it is a judge of the ideas and thoughts of the heart“.

John 20 verse 31: “but these are written so that you may believe Jesus is The Messiah, The Son of God, and by believing you may have life in His Name”.

The Word is Living and Effective

The Word gives us New-life, New meaning and New-purpose In Christ Jesus.

The same Word that created the universe, is able to create New-life in the human heart.

Without exception, The Word of God works effectively in the hearts and the minds of those who believe. 1 Thessalonians 2 verse 13:

Even the worst sinner, can be transformed by the Power of The Word of God {The Bible}, since it is in the Scriptures that the Gospel of God’s Grace through Christ Jesus is revealed, and this message is the Power of God for salvation to anyone who believes. Romans 1 verse 16:

“For I am not ashamed of the Gospel , because it is God’s Power for salvation to Everyone who believe.

Any ‘Whosoever’ is invited, John 3 verse 16:

More than a Book, it is a manual of transformation for all who want to believe. The most effect way to use it, is to have daily doses, of it life transforming power. Read it daily, it is more than a Book.

God Bless.
