Christ Jesus did not come to transform culture directly.

He did come to change the heart of men and women, who in turn will have an indirect impact on culture, as they allow the love of God to be shed abroad in their hearts toward all the neighborhoods around them.

Mathew 22 Jesus states that the two great commandments were:

Firstly: To love God with all of our hearts, souls and minds.

Secondly; To love your neighbor as yourself.

Our Lord and Our Friend also states in John 13 verse 35: “I give you a new commandment: love one another. Just as I have loved you, you must also love one another”.

The distinguishing mark of His followers is the Love they share for each other.

Romans 12 Verse 2; “Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God”.

Our Lord and Our Friend wants all of His followers to be His representatives, that have a transforming impact on the cultures and communities around them.
