It is not just worldly thinking, the way of thinking positively. the Bible clearly teaches us, that what we do with our minds is very important. we have a lot to be confident about and positive with. The God that created us created us for relationship with Him, and gives us all a destiny.We have a purpose and a destiny.We are not exempt from trails and testings, but {here is one of those buts, but a good but}. 1 Corinthians 10 verse 13.Yes God is faithful, God will be with us, God will help us through. it is not a matter that every time we have a destructive though, we replace it with a positive one!

That would be the worlds way. there is a far better way, every time you have a destructive though, we consciously and deliberately replace it from the Truth in God’s Word. There is Power in God’s Word, and the Power is the Creator God himself. With God’s help we can overcome thoughts that destroy.We all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God, but through God’s Grace, we are restored to Him. It is possible to keep doing wrong things, but we must never think we can not overcome them.{We will always keep doing wrong things because we remain sinners, but are saved by Grace, and with Our Lord’s help and in our walk with Him, the desire to do wrong things falls away.}

1 Corinthians 10 verse 13 “No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face.”  {Message Bible}. Temptation is the pressure to take our own self indulgent way, to reject God, which will plunge us into doubt or despair, lust or anger which is away from where God wants us to be. Temptation is an ever present pressure and can even be from others and we just want to go along with them despite the consequences. Temptations are everywhere, and we are no match for them. But {good but} God will never let us down, never let us be pushed past our limit. After all He know everything and everything about us.it is time to wake up to temptation.

Faith is the way, faith is choosing to believe God’s Word over any temptation in our circumstances.Faith here has two parts, believing and doing. sometimes this doing means standing still and letting God do His part.When we choose to believe in and act upon the Word of God, instead of putting faith in our destructive thoughts and our fears and being swayed by them. We then are living in a very powerful faith, faith that can move mountains. Our confession should be, we will not be overcome by destructive thoughts or circumstances, because Our God {Our Lord and Our friend} is so much bigger than anything that comes to destroy us.ISAIAH 40 verse 29 will become real to us, “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
