Easter Message A Place For God

With the Garden of Eden passed, God created a temple. Where He could among His People. While in Moses’ day it was a tent of wood and the skins of animals. It Solomon’s day a temple of stone, and today it is a spiritual temple.

1 Corinthians 6 verses 19 & 20: “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.”

Where does God reside on earth today? Among His people His Church. His people are those chosen from every nation and and race, who believe that Christ Jesus is the Savior.of the world and have turned from their sin {Wrong-doings against God’s Word}

Ephesians 2 Verses 19 to 22:

Verse 22: “In Whom you also are being built together for God’s dwelling in The Spirit.”

The church is not merely buildings but people. Every believer is a temple is a temple of The Holy Spirit and thus a bearer of God’s presence in the world.

1 Corinthians 3 Verse 16:

V 16: “Don’t you know that you are God’s sanctuary and that The Spirit of God lives in you.”

From the very beginning with The Garden of Eden, God created the temple as a temporary way of meeting mankind. This is what Jesus death is all about. God had incredible purposes for us all the time. Now He has showed us His plan to restore those purposes, to bring humanity back to Himself and dwell among us.

There is a lot we can miss if we think salvation is a matter of getting to heaven. We have mistakenly overemphasized Heaven that we have lost sight of the real purpose of God.

Jesus told us to pray,, ‘May Your Kingdom come, May Your will be done here on earth just as it is in heaven’.

Salvation is the start, of living a life with Our Lord, Our Redeemer and Friend in our lives. But too many Christians live passive lives uninvolved in the cause of the Kingdom. We are kingdom People, not just people who believe that is all they need to do, because they have a ticket to heaven.

Easter should be a Refection of All that Christ Jesus did for us, and believing as Kingdom people what we can do for Him.

God Bless
