Scripture Verse Of The Week

Leviticus 22 Verse 2: “Tell Aaron and his sons to be very careful with the special gifts”.

The phrase “ “Very careful with the sacred gifts”.

To treat with regard and respect, All day long all year long it was the priests duty to treat what they had been given by the people with care and respect.

Like us all it would have been easy for the priests, to develop just an attitude of professionalism, that would have turn a sacred ceremony into a shallow routine.

A warning to us all the sacredness of attending church, many have turned into a shallow routine.

The Priesthood mentioned here in Leviticus, is like any ministry ar Christian walk and wasn’t about being able to go through the motions of ministry without our hearts being in it.

Be very care with the gift of Salvation we have received, because the Price Our Lord Our Redeemer and Our Friend paid for it.

It is to be treasured, nurtured and a place where we can be transformed in. Going though the motions is not an option for any Christian, giving it our all, is what we should be doing for Him

Be careful with the love He has bestowed on us. In it we have far more than be comprehended.

1 Corinthians 2 Verse 9: “But as it is written: “What no eye has seen and no ear heard, and what has never come into a man’s {or woman’s} heart, is what God has prepared for those who love Him”.

God Bless.
