Sunday Encouragement

encourage

IF this is your day for rest, like us all you still need encouragement. Be encouraged by this wonderful verse from Ephesians 1 verse 7:

Ephesians 1 verse 7:

” In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses according to the riches of His Grace”.

The word covenant, are very important to God. The Bible talks about two covenants, between God and people; the Old Covenant, described in the Old Testament, {testament means covenant}, which is based on God’s law, and the New Covenant of the New Testament which is based on God’s Grace.

In the New Covenant, God offers the forgiveness of sins and eternal life to all who respond {whosoever} and place their faith in Jesus. John 3 verse 16:

Ephesians 1 verse 7; is reassuring us about this. In Christ Jesus {Romans 8 verse 1), we have redemption, justification before God, because through repentance of our transgressions that had separated us from God, now according to His Rich Grace, we can walk in fellowship, with God..

We because of the His richness of His Grace, through repentance and acceptance of His Grace, we can now walk in that amazing Grace,

That why Paul tell us in 2 Corinthians 12 verse 9: “God’s Grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness”.

A slave trader John Newton, understood the power of God Grace, and wrote a song called “Amazing Grace’, a lot of people today sing that song, but probably, don’t understand the power and significance, that Grace does have.

Based on God’s ‘Amazing Grace’. God’s New Covenant,{New Testament} offers the forgiveness of sins and eternal life to all who respond, if we have accepted that, isn’t that too ‘Amazing news’ to keep to ourselves, go tell someone, and share ‘God’s Amazing Grace.
