Faith In Action ‘Balance And Pruning’

A lot of good and bad things go on in life, and we are not exempt from any. Our Lord and Our Friend’s promise, is that He will be with us, through all we go through. Hebrews 13 Verse 5;

Well a lot of things, most people would not like to go through are going on around here. As we have reported OFJ wife Anne passed away, in July, so in keeping with Our Lord and Our Friend’s Promise, this ‘Faith In Action’ is from one of Anne’s studies.

Balance and Pruning, two things that require work, but we never work on our own Our Lord and Our Friend is ever-present with us. Balance and Pruning are needed for us to be fruitful. To stay balanced we need to make sure of healthy nourishment, both spiritual and bodily sustenance. We need rest, and play time alone with God and a time to enjoy godly relationships.

Pruning it is not always pleasant but it does ensure that situations, activities, or relationships that are depleting us will not continue to do so. It means somethings must be cut off or removed from our lives, but God’s promises great reward as a result — more fruitfulness than ever.

Stay balanced by letting God The Wise Master Gardiner prune your life as He sees fit and you will enjoy years of fruitfulness and fulfillment. Genesis 1 verse 31: God took time to enjoy the work of His Hands and we should do the same, sometimes we should simply take the time to relax and enjoy, what we have accomplished.

Begin to accept and enjoy ourselves where we are and God will help us get to where He wants us to be. We are created with a purpose. Our Lord and Our Friend wants us to freely choose to love and serve Him.

John 15 verse 5: “I am the vine you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him {or her} produces much fruit, because you can do nothing without Me”.

Balance and Pruning, involves faith and trust in Our Lord and Our Friend, and we all should allow The Wise Master Gardener, to help us become all He intended us to be.

We hope you enjoyed, this ‘Faith In Action’ article, from a wonderful lady who really loved Her Lord and Her Friend. OfJ is around, but he himself is recovering from a hospital visit, but knowing him, he is chanting at the bit to do more writing.

Be Blessed Today And Everyday.
