Sunday Encouragement

1 John 1 verse 7:

“But if we walk in the light as He himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.”

Walk in fellowship with God, we walk in fellowship with The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.

There is a little saying around, Three in One, One in Three and the One in the middle He died for me.

We have said this many times, Jesus was and is God, came as a man, to pay the price for Sin, He rose again to give us New Life through repentance of Sin.

Sin is what God calls wrongdoings, and it separates us from Him. We can’t walk in the light of God with un-repented sin, the light will expose the sin, and God can not look upon sin.

When we accept Christ Jesus as Our Lord and Our Savor and repent of our wrongdoings against God, the price that He paid and His Blood that He shed, in dying in our place, washes away the sin.

Then we can walk in the Light and Fellowship with Him as we were created for.

The question to ask Ourselves is, are there any sin which we repeatedly fall into and if there is, it is not good to hold onto them, confess them before Our Lord  and Our Friend and ask for His help.

When we know Jesus as Our Lord and Our Friend, we don’t lose the salvation, but every time we do sin that is always possible for any of us {we are all sinners saved by Grace}, we lose something of the freshness of what we should have with Our Wonderful Friend.

How beautiful it is to keep short accounts with The God that created us, and confess our wrongdoings {sin}, so we can walk in the fullness of the Light continually.

God Bless.
