Hebrews 4 verse 16: “Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time”.

Some translations, have instead of proper time, in our times of need.

Let us, has yours and my name on it. We can approach the throne , because of what Jesus has done for us. He has gone through Heaven before us. He understands our troubles and weaknesses, but through acceptance of what He did on the cross for us. He opens the door into the Throne Room for us.

To approach the Throne is to draw near to God. It is a throne of Grace, not of judgement or condemnation. It is through Our Lord and Our Friend, Christ Jesus, we approach The Throne. Before The Throne we will find not only fellowship, but blessing and help at the proper time.

The Throne of Grace, is in The Throne Room of the Kingdom of Heaven, we are in this world, but not of it, and we belong to The Kingdom of Heaven’ Our King sits in the Throne Room, waiting for us to approach.

In the Throne room, we have a special place, where we can come, not only in time of need, but also in times of great Joy, to bring all we are before Our King.

It is good to approach The Throne of Grace where we will always be accepted. It is good to take time to reflect, how much He loves us and wants to bless us. we are not meant to be strangers to Him, but regular visitors and communicators with Him.

He is an Awesome God and requires us to do the approaching, because He made the way for us to come, by His Grace into His Throne Room of Grace, to share all we are with Him.
