Scripture Verse Of The Week

V37: “Then He said to His disciples, ‘The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few’.”

V38: “Therefore, pray to Matthew 9 verse 37 and 38:

the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into the harvest”.

Not only did Jesus heal, but He also taught and preach. Jesus did not do the work alone; He used others to help. Jesus requested that His disciples pray that The Father would provide the needed worker because the harvest of people who were ready to accept the greatness of the Gospel message.

Spiritual harvests often come more quickly than natural harvests. It may take four months for wheat to be ready to be reaped. However. Don’t think that it will always take a long time before you see people respond to the Word one sows in their hearts. The souls of men and women are often ready to be reaped for the Kingdom of God very quickly after the initial sowing.

We are called to serve, serve the King of Kings, but the world is trying to trick us into being watchers instead of doers.

Sure, we do need our time of rest, and Matthew 11 verse 28:

“Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest”.

Our life is in Him Acts 17 verse 28:

“For In Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘we are also His offspring”.

The field are ready lets be willing to pray {ask for help} and be ready too..

God Bless.
