Galatians 2 Verse 17: “But if, while seeking to be justified by Christ, we ourselves are also found to be sinners, is Christ then a promoter of sin? Absolutely not!

Living by the law means we must do something to please God, while Grace means that God has finished the work for us and all we need to do is believe on Christ.

Salvation is not by faith in Christ plus something. It is by faith in Christ alone.

While church membership and religious activities are good in their place as expressions of faith in Christ, they cn never be added to faith in Christ in order to secure eternal life.

Great song “In Christ Alone” says it all:

In Christ alone my hope is found,

He is my light, my strength, my song;

this cornerstone, this solid ground

firm through the fiercest drought and storm

Here in the love of Christ I stand.

Certainly is in Christ Our Lord and Our Friend alone we can stand triumphantly.
