John 1 Verse 1:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”.

In this verse, the Bible tells us that in the very beginning of creation was the Word.

The Greek noun used for the Word is ‘Logos’. This is probably one of the more intellectual words in Greek.

It conveys the idea of a thought, concept or expression. We need to come to discover that the Word of God is the key to having faith in God. The Word of God created all that we can see in the natural realm.

To put it simply, God’s Word created all that we know in time and space and established order in the midst of chaos. The very universe itself was set into motion by the spoken Word of God. Scientists are still baffled at the cause an effects of creation.

It is not a mystery. The Bible already tells us what that single event was, Creation. Genesis 1 verse 1 to 3:

God has revealed himself in creation, Romans 1 Verse 20: “from the creation of the world His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what He has made”.

By faith we believe, through acceptance of His love we can know we are created in His image and How much He loves us.
