Faith In Action “Submission”

Submission does not mean slavery or subjugation, but simple the recognition of God’s authority in our lives.

God has established the home, human government, and the church, and He has the right to tell us how these institutions should be run. God wants each believer to exercise authority, but before we can exercise authority, we must be under authority.

We can never be submissive to each other until we are first submissive to God. Submission is the ultimate expression of trust. God has all authority and as believer we have authority. Believers’ authority, Kingdom authority as ambassadors in The Kingdom of God.

Satan’s offered Adam and Eve was freedom without authority, but Adam and Eve ended up losing both freedom and authority

Submission is an act of faith. We trust Our Lord and Our Friend to direct our lives and to work out His purposes in our lives.

This kind of living exemplifies the transformed life that catches the attention of the world.
