Weekend Inspiration

jesus

This weeks weekend inspiration is a poem from our dear Lorraine, It has been a challenging week, I myself {OFJ} ended up in hospital. and thanks to the prayers of a lot of people find myself back at work. In my sort stay in, I was never without my laptop, because the need to share Our Lord and Our Friend with people is so great. I was asked about my faith, and wasn’t I troubled about my circumstances. My answer was no because My Lord and My Friend is with me where ever I go. He knows ever thing about us, If our Life is truly His, our fears we should also give to Him. To serve Him is total surrender, doesn’t mean we are perfect all the time, because we are only sinners saved by grace. But His Grace then becomes sufficient for us in any situation. 2 Corinthians 12 verse 9:

“But He said to me, ‘My Grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness’, so that Christ power may reside i me.”

I always say a person with a experience is never at the mercy of a person with an argument. Like many my experience of His Awesomeness is very real, and I know indeed nobody can rob anyone of that.

Back to this short but beautiful poem from Lorraine, who I know might be doing it tough, but I also know her faith in Our Lord and Our Friend is stronger
SERENITY

SERENITY FOLLOWS SURRENDER,

PEACE FILLS EMPTY SOULS

TRIUMPH OVERCOMES TRIALS NOT TO REMEMBER

SORROWS LEAK AS GOD MENDS HOLES
TODAY’S

BECOME TOMORROWS

AS THE LORD NURTURES WITH LOVE HE SHEDS

OUR FEARS AND WORRY THAT EVIL BORROWS

TO SHAKE OUR FAITH WHEN JESUS HAS SAID
‘FEEL MY HAND IN YOURS AND TRUST

THE STRENGTH AND WISDOM I GIVE TO YOU

MERCY AND GRACE SHARE I WITH YOU AS I MUST

I POUR OUT THE HOLY SPIRIT

Be Blessed From Lorraine

God Bless
