Psalm 126 verse 3: “The Lord had done great things for us we were joyful”
The whole of Psalm 126 is a Psalm of restoration, verse 4: “Restore our fortunes, Lord, like the watercourse in the Negev”. The palmist prayed for the restoration of the land and it fruitfulness; the watercourse in Negev, probably referred to irrigation which made agriculture possible in southern Judah.
A foreign invasion would have force all the local residents off the land, and into the cities, and the siege after many years would have caused the waters to dry up.

The Greatest Thing is conveyed through John 3 verse 16, which we all know by heart.
“For God loved the world in this way; He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life”..
Restored to the fullness of life, and the Living Water Of Life, which had been cut off with the invasion of sin, controlling our lives.
God gave His Best, so we can live in relationship with Him again, free from the power of sin and death. Let us be joyful.
Never forget the Lord has done great things for us. In the New Testament, the day of God’s new creation, the resurrection of Jesus, with the promise of deliverance from “the last enemy death” 1 Corinthians 15 verse 26

Every day is a new day in your walk with the Lord, because God’s compassion never fails.
The new day starts with God’s Salvation plan, brings us to Justification and onto the road of Sanctification
