Sunday Encouragement

If this is your day for rest, like us all you still need encouragement. Be encouraged by this wonderful scripture verse from Matthew 9 verse 29:

: Then He {Jesus} touched their eyes, saying, ‘Let it be done for you according to your faith’.”

On our acceptance  of believing God’s Word, there are wonderful things to achieve, along the lines of Faith. A Faith that dares to believe Our Lord and Our Friend.

The verse above is taken from the story of two blind men, following Jesus. These men were shouting, ‘Have mercy on us, Son of David’. These men recognized Jesus as the Messiah.

So Jesus ask them, {Paraphrased} “Because you have recognized me for Who I truly Am, do you believe that I Am able to give you what you   desire”. The men answered, “yes Lord”, again stating their belief that Jesus was The Messiah, The Redeemer, and The Deliverer.

Then came Jesus’ answer to their situation, “Let it be done for you according to your Faith”.

The men were expecting a miracle, because even though they could not see Jesus {the Men being blind}, they could hear Him, and perhaps His Presence also was making an impact on their lives.

We may not be able to see Jesus, but we can see His influence in the Created world around us. There is Redemption in Christ Jesus, the fullness of Redemption, that we will be made free from the power of sin and from the power of evil, and evil desires and thoughts. Redemption from things that hold us back.

To get that Redemption requires Faith. Faith that Jesus is truly The Messiah, Jesus is truly God manifested in the flesh, and died and rose again, so that we may have newness of life.

Through this Faith, what would we like to ask Him, that His answer would be the same, “Let it be done, according to your Faith”

Be Blessed Today And Everyday.
