Scripture Verse Of The Week “Isaiah 6 Verse 5′

realtionship

Isaiah 6 verse 5:

“Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King. The Lord of Hosts.

This was when Isaiah was called to be a prophet.

We are all called to be the person, God has created us to be, whether we have had a dramatic experience like Isaiah.

We all can have the touch of The Lord in our lives, and have our inquiries taken away and our sins purged.

We receive His forgiveness. We receive His Acceptance. We receive His Eternal Destiny and His Purposes for our lives.

A lot of people seem to get stuck in a rut in the first part of Isaiah 6 verse 5:

“Woe is me for I am undone”.

Hebrews 9 verse 14: “How much more shall the Blood of Christ, Who through the Eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse our consciences from dead works to serve the living God?”

Woe is a part of our fallen nature. ‘Woe is me’ is part of the self nature. Self-control is one of the fruits of The Spirit. {Galatians 5 verse 22}.

Self has now surrendered, to God’s purposes for our lives. He has great plans for all our lives. Jeremiah 29 verse 11: Our lives are not the same, they are being transformed more and more into His likeness. Romans 12 verse 2:

We should, after we have been touched by the Lord, never again see ourselves as, ‘‘Woe is me’, but as He sees us, Children in His Kingdom, with a wonderful, eternal destiny.

God Bless.
