Reflective Moment ‘Zechariah’s Song’

reflect zech

This Zechariah was the father of John the Baptist:

Luke 1 verse 67: Zechariah’s Song, also known as Zechariah’s Prophecy.

In Zechariah’s song the salvation, which God gives us through the promised Messiah Christ Jesus, that we should be saved from our enemies is understood in terms of serving God, in Who He is, Holiness and Righteousness.

V 67: “Then his father Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied. {in song}”.

V68 “Praise The Lord, the God of Israel, because He was visited and provided redemption for His People”.

John The Baptist was to, ‘ go on before The Lord to prepare the way for Him, to give his people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of sins.

Zechariah’s song of Salvation, was a prophecy, because it would be fulfilled by the Christ Jesus, that Zechariah’s son {John The Baptist}, come to testify of.

A song of Salvation should be on all our hearts. Preparing the way for others to come to be apart of our lives. How will anybody hear unless we make ourselves willing, to be filled by The Holy Spirit, and used as a vessel, to share the good news of Salvation, with whoever we come across.

God Bless.
