Faith comes from continually delving into the Word of God. Action comes from knowing who you are in Christ Jesus.

1 Timothy 4 verse 6:

“Be conscientious about yourself and your teaching; persevere in these things, for by doing this you will save both yourself and your hearers”.

In The New International version it uses the word watch;

“Watch your LIFE and DOCTRINE closely. Persevere in them because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.”

Watch your life: Is your life one that reflects Our Lord and Our Friend?

Watch your life: Is your life worth watching, from the point of view of being a carrier of the transforming power of Our Lord and Our Friend?.

Watch your life: Is your life a reflection of Him, that people would want to listen to, as we witness for Our Lord and Our Friend?

Watch your doctrine: Do you truly believe that Jesus is The Christ?

Watch your doctrine: Do you truly believe in the Power of The Cross?

Watch your doctrine: Do you truly believe we are created in the image of God?

These  are only three points on a reflection of life and doctrine, and these three come from perseverance

Psalm 23 is a great reflection on perseverance and dependance on the God we serve,

We we continually watch our Life and Our Doctrine, then we will produce fruit out of our lives, that will also be a refreshment to many we come across.
