The dictionary meaning of Motive; something which causes a person to act in a particular way.

Starting with scripture verse  Acts 1 verse 8:

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be witnesses.”

His ‘power’  for His purpose in our life. The world is full of power freaks, with their own motives, but we receive The Power of The Holy Spirit, for Our Lord, Our redeemer and Our Friends purposes.

When we become believers, {Christians, followers of Christ Jesus} our motives should change to reflect the new purpose and destiny we have.

Psalm 26 verse 2 {Message Bible}

“Examine me, God from head to foot, order your battery of tests. Make sure I’m fit inside and out.”

That a good one put yourself into the Creators workshop to make sure you are ready for this journey and the challenges and chances that may come your way.

Proverbs 21 verse 8 {Message Bible} “Mixed motives twist life into tangles, pure motives take you straight down the road.”

Make sure you get your GPS  checked in the Creators workshop as well, remember you are an eternal being designed to live in eternity, with Him.

Mathew 5 verse 8 {Message Bible}

“You’re blessed when you get your inside world – your mind and heart – put right. Then you can see God in the outside world”.

Time in the Creators workshop will do this for you.

Luke 6 verse 44 and 45 {Message Bible}

“The health of the apple tells the health of the tree. You must begin with your own life-giving lives. It’s who you are, not what you say and do, that counts. Your true being brims over into words and deeds”.    An overhaul in the Creators workshop is complete, but remember just like any vessel use on a journey, you will need more checkups along the journey.

Remember to the type of fuel you put into your vessel, results in how it operates and for how long. The type of knowledge we all put into ourselves, will reflect whether or not we are displaying quality fruits we are designed to carry.

The Creator {Christ Jesus Our Lord and Our Friend] is always with you because He  has  will never leave you or forsake you.

Continually ask Him to give you a roadside checkup in your journey through life.
