Love’s Impression
I just want to say, I love you Lord
For all you’ve brought me through
There’s no way to go but forward
Through the Temple to your Holy place
It’s a place of inexpressible beauty
Where love, hope and faith abound
Rendering acts of service is no duty
But an expression of gratitude to you
You sent your only Son to die for our sins
So that we had the hope of salvation
This loving sacrifice bestowed on us
Begins when we turn our lives around to you
You do not look at us with condemnation
Or ever ask the unexpected of us
Only we make disciples from every Nation
Loving others as you have loved us
So when I feel down and despair
I look at what you’ve done in my life
I see such love that I want to share
With anyone who has a hearing ear
