Fearfully And Wonderfully Made

There is only one of any of us. We are all individuals, and individually loved by a Loving God.

I was sharing with a man named Shane, when I was out and about with work. Shane had a concept of God, that God was looking down from where He is, and God only see us, like we see ants crawling around.

Shane couldn’t understand the concept of a Loving God. wanting to have fellowship, with His creations.. Shane had done everything he could to make himself look like an individual. You could always see Shane sticking out in a crowd, that is how different he made himself look, to be different from anyone else.

But truth be known, God sees the crowd, and still see us individually.

Psalm 139 verse 13 and 14:

V13: “For it was You {God} who created my inward parts; You knitted me together in my mother’s womb”.

V14: “I will praise You, because I have been remarkably and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, and I know this very well”.

Fearfully and wonderfully made, made to share fellowship with a loving God.

Our Lord and Our friend knows everything about us. Matthew 10 v 30;

“But even the hairs of your head have been counted”.

We are unique. a fundamental truth of scripture is that God has created us in His Image. {Genesis 1 verse 26 to 28}.

The same God whose mind and power fashioned the stars, the seas, the animals, and all of us humans has carefully, intentionally, and individually crafted each one of us.

To state it again we are unique. even though we share many things in common with other people, We are essentially one of a kind. No one else has been given exactly the same make up as anybody else.  Our faces, our fingerprints, our voices and our genetic makeup are matched by no one else’s

My chat with Shane was interesting, and I am sure I planted a seed of how wonderful our God is, and that is why we call Him Our Lord and Our Friend.

God Bless.
