Scripture Of The Week – Matthew 28:20

“Teaching them to observe everything I have command you. and remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

The Command came before the verse before Matthew 28 verse 19;

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of The Father, and of The Son, and of The Holy Spirit.”

Command is to go and do something for the Kingdom of God.

Go make disciples, what would make people want to become disciples, but seeing somebody living and enjoying, what they believe.

The Kingdom of God is a wonderful place, we have a King who loves us.

We have a King who died to pay the price for for our wrongdoings that separated us from Him,

We have a King who knows all about us, we were created in His image.

We have a King that wants to fellowship with us. He truly wants to be Our Lord and Our Friend.

Go make disciples, a disciple is someone who confesses Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior, and is actively growing in His word, and is fully committed to sharing his or her faith.

The wonderful salvation that has freed us from the power of sin, is a wonderful thing to share, so others might also accept Our Lord and Our Friend, thus making them disciples as well.

Go share with somebody, that  Joy of Knowing, that God truly Loves them and wants to be apart of every aspect of their lives too.

Explain to them the significance Of being baptized, dying to self, as you go under the waters of baptism and rising to new life, when you come up out of the waters. Find a church that can and will baptize them by immersion, or even baptize them yourself if need be, in an appropriate place.

They are being baptized into new life, always find a fellowship that will help them grow in there faith, which will lead them back to the verse of scripture we have used today.

Be their friend in Faith, and you will have a friend for eternity, who has the same Lord and Friend.

God Bless.
