Weekend Inspiration

Good morning everyone, what has been your experience of God’s presence this week?

While I always know that God is with me, I had a sought of Elijah moment. I walked out of the building where I work, where there is always noise of some kind (trucks and cars driving by, machinery noises, fork lift operating buzzers – and the like).

Then, as I went to cross the road, it hit me (no, not a truck ☺️), absolute silence. It was like the whole world stood still for about a minute. SILENCE. What an amazing moment.I felt like God was saying to me – I AM GOD AND I AM HERE.

It was a wonderful experience of God’s presence with me. “Be still (Silent) before the Lord and wait patiently for Him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.” (Psalm 37:7)

SILENCE is our word for this week. Lord, help us to be silent and listen to you.
May God bless you all. πŸ™
