Transformation Continuing

Attitude upgrade, we could use Jonah’s response to God and the world around him to check our own attitudes.

We can easily live out the same thoughts and worldwide view as Jonah, resistant and reluctant. When this happens, we need a transformational upgrade.

Jonah’s bad attitude towards God’s will came from a feeling that the Lord was asking him to do something to hard.

Jonah also had the wrong attitude toward the Word of God. When the Word of the Lord came to him, Jonah thought he could take it or leave it.

Jonah forgot that being a prophet was a great privilege and we being followers and Kingdom of God people that is also a privilege. To hear the Word of God and to know the Word of God is to do the will of God. It is through doing the Word we grow in grace and become more like Christ.

Judgement of others sometimes and thinking we are better, is not in our calling. God wants to give us His love for the people. around us who don’t believe in Him, no matter how bad and vile they may be.

Our attitude needs to be that of Our Lord and Our Friend, Who gave his life for the sins of everyone {The Whole World}.

Attitude upgrade as we lean more and more on Grace and Goodness of His Word.
