Worshiping God is not laborious, it is an honor and privilege.

Nehemiah 9 Verse 5: “Stand up and praise the Lord your God, for He lives from everlasting to everlasting!” Then they prayed: “may your glorious name be praised! May it be exhalted above all blessing and praise!

True worship involves many elements, hearing scripture, praising God, praying, confessing sin, and separating ourselves from that which displeases God.

Separating ourselves from what displeases Him is revelatory

Reading and hearing His word, His Love is enormous to big to try to comprehend. “God So loved us that He gave the Best He had, {His Son} so that we can live in fellowship with Him. {John 3 Verse 16}

Praising Him because of what He has done for us; Psalm 71 verse 7 and 8:

V7: My life is an example to many because you have been my strength and protection.”

V8: That is why I can never stop praising you, I declare your glory all the day long.”

Praying communicating with Our Lord Our Redeemer and Our Friend:

Colossians 4 Verse 2: “Devote yourself to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.”

Confessing wrong doing, things that separate us from, His Fullness:

1 John 1 Verse 9: “But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all :unrighteousness.”

Confession brings separation so we can walk more closely with Him, and the reason, because He has great plans for all our lives. Jeremiah 29 verse 11.
