The Holy Spirit speaks today. Have you ever suddenly received a fresh wind of spiritual enthusiasm? We could be going about our week as usual, suddenly we are given a special desire to pray, and we feel a tug toward the matters of the Spirit.

We didn’t necessarily do anything to incite the renewed passion for the things of Our Lord and Our Friend, it just came upon us. That is the work of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, it is so important that we yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is trying to strengthen our weaknesses

The Holy Spirit is trying to stop the drain in our spiritual reservoir.

The Holy Spirit sees when we get too comfortable, and He moves to in to help and encourage us, to renew the promises we made to Our Lord and Our Friend

The Holy Spirit is the encouraging and fortifying Spirit.

The Holy Spirit has come to live inside us, not to chastise us in our weakness, but to help us grow out of them and encourage us on in the plans and purposes Our Lord and Our Friend has for our lives.

A scripture we at the ministry use many times, Jeremiah 29 Verse 11:

“For I know the plans I have for you’ —this is the Lord’s declaration —“plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope”.

The Holy Spirit speaks today, to encourage us and bring out the best in us, lets always be ready to hear and act on the Holy Spirit leading.
