In Him we live and move and have our being; Acts 17 verse 28.

There is another scripture, we use a lot, Romans 8 verse 1: “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”.

Why is there no condemnation, because we are not only to be covered with His covering, IN HIM, we are to live and move and have have being.

John 17 verse 20 to 26; Jesus Prays for All believer:

V20: “I pray not only for them, but also for those who believe in Me through their message”.

V21: “May they all be one, as You, Father are in Me and I in You, May they also be IN Us, so the world may believe You sent Me”.

Our Lord and Our friend does not pray for His followers to ‘become one’, but rather that they ‘be one‘.

The present subjunctive used here designates on going action; ‘continually be one’, the oneness based on the common relationship to to The Father and The son, and on having the same basic attitude toward the world, and a need to reach the lost.

This unity is a living unity our of which our lives should flow. We can not attempt to create artificial unity, by meeting criteria of ritual meetings. We can see that Jesus had in mind is much more than cosmetic ‘unity meetings’. It is a spiritual unity of heart, purpose, mind and will in those who are fully devoted to Christ Jesus, His Word and His Holiness.

In Him we live, our lives, our purpose, our ambitions, our relationship with one another, are inter woven, as we all live IN HIM.

In Him, we are kingdom of God People, which involves His Rule, His Lordship, His Power and His Spiritual activity in the lives of all who receive Him. Romans 14 verse 17:

“For The Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace and joy in The Holy Spirit.

No wonder the scripture said, “In Him, we live, we move and have our being, because if we allow ourselves to, we live, move and have our being in His Righteousness, His Peace and His Joy, and nothing can really compare.
