laborers

Mathew 9 verse 37 and 38:

v37: “Then He {Jesus} said to His disciples, ‘The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few’.”

v38: “Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”

Hebrews 3 verse 15: “Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in rebellion.” This scripture verse is mentioned 3 times in Hebrews 3 v 7, 3 v15, 4 v 7.

Many claim to be His, what are we listening for, what are we listening to?

The message we have received is for transformation, which doesn’t stop with an individual, it is an active transformation, that is regenerated through the Willing Service of those that belong to Him.

Mathew 13 verse 18 to 43: The Parable of The Sower. Many people hear the Word, but let our lives be like verse 23:

“But the one sown on the good ground, this is one who hears and understands the word, who bear fruit and yields, some 100, some 60, some 30 times, what is sown.”

V 38; “The field is the world, and the good seed, these are the sons {and daughter} of the Kingdom”

We are the sons and the daughters of the kingdom of God, we are the good seed. Let us take the good seed, we are and have to a fallen world around us.

The world is waiting to hear that somebody cares about them and loves them, this is the transforming message, that keeps on transforming lives.

v 37 “He {Jesus} replied: ‘The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man {Jesus Himself], we have become His Hands and His feet. {because what He came to do in this world finished on the cross].

Galatians 3 verse 26: “For you are all sons {and daughters} of God through faith in Christ Jesus.”

As a son or daughter of God, we should hear His voice, and use His transforming Grace, that has transformed our lives, to be His witnesses to the fields that are white with harvest.

Be a willing laborer for the eternal purposes of Our Lord and Our Friend.

God Bless.
