Faith In Action ‘Assurance Is Not Arrogance’

Our Faith in actions, should always be done out of the great assurance we have, not by an arrogance we know better.

Lets look at three of a great number of assurance scriptures, that are in God’s Word. It is through His Assurance, we build, our life, our work, our ministry, and our witness.

John 10 verses 28 and 29:

V28: “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish—ever! No one will snatch them out of My hand”.

V29: “My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, No one is able to snatch out of The Father’s hand”.

Assurance of eternal life, Assurance of protection, we are in God’s Hands.

Romans 8 verses 38 and 39:

V38: “For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, not things present, nor not things to come, not powers”,

V39: “nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will have the power to separate us from the Love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord”.

Assurance of knowing, how much we are loved. You can share the fruits of a relationship with Our Lord and Our Friend. Galatians 5 verse 22: “Love, Joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness. self-control” None of these fruits can be expressed through arrogance, so arrogance should never be apart of our lives.

2 Timothy 1 verse 12:

“And that is why I suffer these things. But I am not ashamed because i know whom I have believed and i am persuaded that He is able to guard what has been entrusted to me until that day”.

The Assurance of our calling, using the verse before, 2 Timothy 1 verse 11: “For this Gospel I was appointed to herald”. Paul was called to be an Apostle and teacher, we may not have the same calling as Apostle and teacher, but we have the same calling, to herald and witness the Gospel.

God Bless.
