Do not be limited on our thinking, to what is going on in the world around us, be transformed, on how we can be Christ to that world. Transformed to God sensitivity, understanding the Awesomeness of His Presence around.
One of the great assurances of the New Testament is that the Spirit of God now dwell in us. Romans 8 verse 9:
“You however, are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, since the Spirit of God lives in you.”
Galatians 4 verse 6:
“And because you are sons, {and daughters}, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, ‘Abba, Father’!”
It is incredible to think and almost beyond our comprehension to think of God being so close, and so accessible to us, but it is the true reality of our experience as Believers. It is a transforming truth that should lead us into greater thanksgiving and worship, of our loving God.
Scripture says the Spirit gives us assurance that we belong to God, Romans 8 verse 16:
“The Spirit Himself testifies together with our spirit that we are God’s children.”
Not only does The Spirit come to live inside us, The Spirit of Christ envelopes us as Believers . Romans * verse 1:
“Therefore, no condemnation now exists for those in Christ Jesus, because the Spirit’s law of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death”.
Transformed In Christ, the “In” word means ‘enveloped’, we are enveloped In Christ Jesus, and we have His Spirit living in side us. Transforming understanding, the Presence of God is all around us.
Living in The Presence, God has also given us His Spirit to empower us to make known the redemptive message of the Gospel. This gift and provision is not just for some Believers, but is for all Believers. It provision is too good, just to keep to ourselves.
Living in The Presence, as a Holy God, He calls His people to live in Holiness, for after all we are living In Him. Leviticus 11 verse 44:
“For I am the Lord your God, so you must consecrate yourselves and be Holy because I am holy’.
Living in The Presence, transforming ourselves to be more like Him. If we allow ourselves to be transform by who we are In Christ, we will truly understand Isaiah 54 verse 17:
“No weapon formed against you will succeed.”
Living in The Presence, is more than just acceptance of Him, it is living our lives in Him and though Him.
