Great old Hymn confirming to us, the purpose of our calling, is to tell the world, about The God that loves them so dearly, ‘Tell it Out’

V1 Tell it out among the nations that the Lord is King;

Tell it out among the nations, bid them shout and sing;

Tell it out with adoration that He shall increase,

That the mighty King og Glory is The King of Peace;

Tell it out with jubilation, let the song never cease;

Tell it out! Tell it out!

V2: Tell it out among the people that the Saviour reigns;

Tell it out! Tell it out!

Rell it out among the heathens, bid them break their chains;

Tell it out!  Tell it out!

Tell it out among the weeping ones that Jesus lives,

Tell it out among the weary ones what rest He gives;

Tell it out among the sinners that He came to save;

Tell it out! Tell it out!

V3: Tell it out among the people, Jesus reigns above;

Tell it out! Tell it out!

Tell it out among the nations, that He reigns is love;

Tell it out among the highways and lanes at home.

Let it ring acros the mountains and the ocean’s foam,

That the weary, heavy-laden, need no longer roam;

Tell it out! Tell it out!

The Book of Acts the new Christians were busy telling about, the wonderful change that had come to their lives. Nothing changed the wonderful change to people lives, is still happening, but somehow the excitement has stalled. Lets be a people as the Hymn says, ‘Tell it out’, with all that is within us, and that is the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
