The Holy Spirit’s work in us to apply the Gospel to our self-perception and view of others. He creates a whole new self-image which is not based on comparison with others.

The Holy Spirit helps us to understand, that the power of The Cross, creates in us a new image, as it brings an understanding to our lives, which in one way makes us humble before people, by reminding us, we are sinners saved only by Grace. {God’s undeserved favor at Christ Jesus expense}. But it also give us a boldness before people, because we have a new understanding of how much we are loved by The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.

2 Corinthians 5 verse 17: We have a New life in Christ:

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ Jesus, there is a new creation; old things have passed away, and look, new things have come”.

New life in Christ, with the Holy Spirit as our Mentor, truly something to ponder.
