Behold—Bestowed—Become

Behold who we are.

What we are Bestowed with.

Who we have become.

In 1 john 3 verse 1; tells us {NKJV}

“Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called the children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him”.

Behold: meaning to see or look at. Let really look at the manner of love The Father has bestowed on us,

Romans 5 verse 8: shows us the proof of Beholding.

“But God proves His own love for us in that while we were sinners Christ died for us”.

John 3 verse 16: is obvious to Behold the love God has for us all.

“For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so  that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life”.

Bestowed: meaning to give or present. Given as a free gift not earned that none should boast.

Ephesians 2 verse 9: Confirms it is a free gift:

“Not from works, so that no one can boast”.

Become: The Children of God:

John 1 verse 12; Confirms this:

“But to all who did receive Him, He gave them the right to be children of God, to those who believe in His name”.

Behold– Bestowed– Become. It is only the start of a great journey of faith.
