Providence ‘A Poem’

Image

My cousin Ruth has given us another poem for us to share. Ruth’s testimony is already on our site, Ruth’s family was involved in a cult, from which Ruth broke free. In breaking free, Ruth was virtually outcast-ed by her family. Ruth has written a number of poems, which are again on this site, The love that Ruth now has for Our Lord and Our Friend, are reflected through all her poems,  If anyone wants to write to Ruth they are welcome to do it through this ministry. Ruth would only be to happy, to share with someone who is in the circumstances that she found herself in.

“Providence”

The love of my Brothers and Sisters grand Is so very hard to understand That they’re there to care and share When all through life you’ve had to fare

When your Pastor rings it’s a surprise To know you’re thought of is not all lies  The Devil may try to rob me of my joy But I’m aware of his every ploy

Though I’ve been through many trials I know God loves me despite Satan’s wiles He may try to confuse and belittle me But my loving Father is greater than he

He takes all my cares and concerns And gives me the love my heart yearns With a loving Spiritual Family and Friends While all the time my broken heart mends

. Ruth
