When we look at some of the stories from the bible,we see people who have acted out of surprising courage, that they probably fully didn’t understand they had.
Gideon for instance: “Who me Lord?”
Noah was called to build an ark. Noah head must have been spinning with questions after God’s calling, and again he probably said, “Who me Lord?”
Joshua was told to walk around Jericho with his army 7 times, and they would have a great victory can you imagine Joshua’s question “What Lord?”
Ananias from the book of acts was ask to visit Saul. “Who Lord do you know who he is?”
These were just a few of the people in the Bible who were asked to do strange things.
We as followers of Our Lord and Our Friend, have become co-workers with Him. We all need to be willing vessels, sure we can question the calling, but we also must be obedient to complete any calling He asks of us.
Our Lord and Our Friend has a purpose and destiny for each one of our lives, and He may require us to do something that will take us out of our comfort zone.
Be willing, for who He calls He also equips, and He said He would never leave us or forsake us, so we are never alone in anything He would have us do.
Be willing, Be ready, for anything Our Lord and our Friend would have us do.
God Bless.
