2 Thessalonians 2 verse 15 to 17: Message Bible

“So, friends, take a firm stand, feet on the ground and head high. Keep a tight grip on what you were taught, whether in personal conversation or by our letter. May Jesus Himself and God our Father, who reached out in love and surprised you with gifts of unending help and confidence, put a fresh heart in you, invigorate your work, enliven your speech.”

We As Christians believe in One God, which is Monotheism, but exists in the person of, God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Spirit.

In Thessalonians, The writer Paul, to improve our understanding and helping us all to reflect on the new life we have in Christ Jesus, is telling us about works done on our behalf by all Three Persons of The Trinity. These benefits are the same benefits we can have today.

2 Thessalonians 2 verses 13 to 16;

The Father has loved us from the beginning, and has selected us for salvation, which gives us our great hope.

The Son, shares His Glory with us and provides us with assurance and stability in our Faith.

The Holy Spirit, Sanctifies us, which is the on going process to develop our faith, that leads us to the eternity we will have with The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.

The Doctrine of the Trinity may be hard to understand, but The Just shall live by Faith, and through that faith God will allow us to understand Him more. Trust, Faith and Hope and we will never be disappointed
