Once again dear followers, another late post. Please forgive us as we try our best to get up to speed!

2 Thessalonians 4 verse 14:

“Since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, in the same way God will bring Him those, who have fallen asleep through Jesus.”

The good news of the Easter story Christ Jesus {Our Lord and Our Friend} has risen and overcome the power of sin and death for us.

The Gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John all record the wonderful news that Jesus rose from the dead and appeared to His followers over a period of week.

The testimonies are not identical, so it can not be called collusion, but it is evidence they have experienced the Risen Lord.  Now we to can encounter Him as Our risen Lord.

There was no shortage of clever and powerful opponents of the emerging Christian way of life, who would surely have seized on any evidence to disprove His followers claims, but there is no record at all of any convincing  refutation of them.

The Good News from the gospels is Christ did rise, and through rising again, He offers us new life in Him and with Him. This life comes through accepting what he did for us, in dying in our our place for our sins on the cross. Death could not hold Him down, and the victory of new life has been won for us all

It is a wonderful life, that will never disappoint, and Our Lord and Our Friend is always with us.

Share it with your family, your friends, and your community. Christ has Risen, The Power of sin, guilt and death is broken.

He has risen, what a wonderful and powerful message that is available for us to share.

God Bless.

O F J.
