The old saying money money money in a rich man’s world. We all strive for the commodity to make us happy.

We will  never get away from the fact, that we were born with nothing and we will be leave with nothing.

A question to ask with all the effort we use to accumulate it, where does it all go

What will be  accomplish for eternity, with what we have spent, most times when we use money?

The Bible recognizes that money is necessary for survival, but it could leads us to a place where our trust is in money, rather than Our Lord and Our friend, to provide our security.

How sad it is that we spend so much of our time and energy, seeking satisfaction from money and possessions, and so  little time seeking after God?  After all he is the true source of our contentment.

Here are some encouraging scripture to let us all ponder on:

Luke 12 verse 15: “He {Jesus} told them, ‘Watch out and be on guard against all greed because one’s life is not in the abundance of processions’.”

Hebrews 13 verse 5; “Your life should be free from the love of money. Be satisfied with what you have, for He himself has said, ‘I will.never leave you or forsake you’.”

Proverbs 11 verse 28: “Anyone trusting in his riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like foliage.”

Mathew 6 verse 31 to 33: v31 “So don’t worry, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ v32 For the idolaters eagerly seek all these thing, and your Heavenly father knows that you need them. v33But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you’.”

What a wonderful Scripture to finish on with such a difficult subject.

God Bless.
