Jesus Our Lord and Our Friend will always assist us no matter what we are going through, because when He walked this earth, He experienced every human emotion. So He knows what it is like to go through them all, one of these emotions is loneliness.

Lonely/loneliness; means being isolated from god, or from other humans, longing for community.

Jesus expressed great loneliness in Mark 15 verse 34.”At three o’clock Jesus cried in a loud voice ‘Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani’ which means “My God, My God, why have you abandon me.’”

Jesus knew what you are going through if you are feeling lonely. so build yourself up in faith and overcome with the help of  the following scriptures.

Deuteronomy 31 verse 6 God will not leave His people.

Job 19 verses 13 to 14 Lack of friends in times of trouble.

Psalm 13 verse 1 When God seems absent.

Psalm 25 verse 16 Alone and afflicted.

Psalm 102 verse 7 Insomnia and loneliness.

Ecclesiastes 4 verse 8 No immediate family.

Mathew 28 verse 20 Jesus will never leave His people.

2 Timothy 1 verse 4 Longing for a friend.

Revelation 1 verse 9 Exiled and lonely.

John 14 verse 15 to 17 {Message Bible} ” If you love Me, show it by doing what I’ve told you. I will talk to the Father and He’ll provide you another Friend so that you will always have someone with you. This Friend is the Spirit of Truth.”

What a wonderful promise. hold on to it, and despite our worldly circumstances we will never be alone.

Always remember we have a loving Friend {Our Lord and Our Friend}, He said He would never leave us or forsake us.

Trust Him, and live for Him and learn from him How to overcome.
