If this is your day for rest, like us all you still need encouragement. Be encouraged by this wonderful verse from Matthew 11 verse 28:

Matthew 11 Verse 28: “Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and i will give you rest”.

Our Lord and Our Friend is telling us, we never have to bear anything alone, He is always there for us.

The completeness of our Salvation, nothing more to add, nothing more to do. He has promised never to leave us or forsake us. Hebrews 13 verse 5: Just to love and trust Him.

To love Him is to follow Him. Matthew 16 verse 24; “Then Jesus said too His disciples, ‘If anyone wants to come with me. he {or she} must deny himself. take up his {or her} cross. and follow me”.

To trust Him is to follow Him, with the assurance of Who He is. and through trusting Him, His Grace will become sufficient for us. 2 Corinthians 12 verse 9:

The words of Our Lord and Our Friend are ‘Come’

Come to Me to find rest, when we feel burdened.

Come before My Throne, so that we may find help in our time of need. Hebrews 4 verse 16;

The Christian walk is a walk in the presence of Our Lord, Our Redeemer and Our Friend. A relationship walk. A walk in growing understanding. A walk where we are never alone. A walk of trust, in knowing that no matter what we go through He is there for us.

Sometimes we may feel, that we are not as close, as we once were, when we accepted His invitation to come. John 3 verse 16; He always knows, He always cares, and His message is Come. Come find rest. Come find Grace, Come find the sufficiency He has for us in life.

Come find more and more about Him. for there is so much about Him we need to know and grow in.
