Faith In Action ‘Faith Is’

action belief

Faith is living. not just in the sense of living one’s faith. Faith is an active word, which requires actions of that faith.

Faith believes what God says and acts with His Word. The believer accepts the benefits of Jesus’ sacrifice and enters God’s presence with confidence.

Faith recognizes: That Jesus has destroyed the fear of death, for us {individually} by overcoming the devil for us. Hebrews 2 verse 18:

“For since He Himself was tested and has suffered, He is able to help those who are tested”.

Faith Consciously Holds: Onto the courage and hope that is implied our confession of faith: Hebrews 3 verse 6:

“But Christ was faithful as a son over His household, whose household we are if we hold on to the courage and the confidence of our hope”.

Faith Is Tenacious in holding onto Our Lord and Our Friend’s promises: Hebrews 4 verse 14:

“Therefore since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens—Jesus the Son of God—let us hold fast to the confession”.

Faith draws near to God. with confidence” Hebrews 4 verse 16:

“Therefore let us approach the  throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time”.

Faith acknowledges the completed work and power of Salvation: Hebrews 4 verse 14:

“For the Word of God is living and effective and sharper than any two-edge sword, penetrating as far as to divide soul, spirit. joints and marrow, it is a judge of ideas and thoughts of the heart”.

Faith is Active, living, transforming and powerful. let all use it more, in our lives for the purpose of Our Lord, Our Redeemer and Our Friend.

God Bless.
